Duration of Processing:
All data processing activities will be conducted for the duration of the Agreement and subsequently managed in accordance with Applicable Law and GUARDSTAR LIMITED’s data retention policies (as updated and amended from time to time, copies of which are available upon written request to our Data Protection Officer).
